1. Scope of these rules
These rules apply to the products and/or services provided by GrowX. If you access or log in to a GrowX client to use our products and/or services, these rules apply.
Please note that these rules only apply to the information we collect and do not apply to third-party products and/or services (including any third-party websites) accessed through our products and/or services, or the information collected by other companies or institutions that provide advertising services in our products and/or services.
2. How we collect and use your personal information
(1) We do not specifically offer products or services for children. In most of our products or services, we do not require users to verify their identity. Therefore, we primarily rely on users to authenticate themselves when using specific products or services to determine whether they are children. Before users authenticate themselves, we will protect their personal information according to the "GrowX User Privacy Policy".
(2) When we identify a user as a child, we may collect the guardian's contact details (such as phone number, email) and contact the guardian to verify their relationship with the child.
(3) When the user is a child, we will inform them that they must obtain the guardian's consent before continuing to use our services, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
(4) When you use our products and services, we may need to collect and use your personal information. For more detailed information on the scope of information collected, its purpose, and the consequences of refusing to provide the information, please refer to the "How we collect and use your personal information" section in the "GrowX User Privacy Policy".
(5) Please note that children's personal information is considered sensitive personal information. If we identify you as a child user, we will only process your personal information for specific purposes with strict protective measures when necessary.
Note that because children may use devices belonging to their guardians or others to access the GrowX platform, the device information and log information collected under these rules may not fully be considered as children's personal information. In such cases, we will not be able to apply special protection standards to such information as we cannot identify the child’s specific identity from the information.

2. Related to national security or defense security;
